How the switch works

  1. A few short questionsYou tell us what matters to you and show us your last bill: as a photo, as a PDF or typed in. If you don't have it to hand, you carry on later.
  2. Two to three suggestionsWe compare for you and send suitable tariffs with price, term and the difference to today.
  3. You choose, we do the restYou sign on your phone. The new provider cancels the old contract, and electricity and gas keep running without interruption.

Your bill is enough for us

Your annual bill has everything we need for the comparison. Your device reads the highlighted details itself and you just confirm them quickly. If you would rather type, that works just as well.

Good to know

Free for you

We receive a commission from the provider you choose. We add nothing to the tariff price.

Nothing happens without your signature

You see the suggestions and decide in your own time. The switch only happens once you sign.

No advertising, no advertising cookies

Your device reads the values from the bill itself. We only count anonymously how many visitors start the assistant. Only what the new provider needs for your contract is passed on.

Two to three suggestions

We look at your situation and suggest what fits.

We're keeping your deadline in mind

Many people pay too much because they miss the notice period. If you like, we'll remind you in good time.

Private and for businesses

Flat, house, shop or workshop, also with several meters. Online, by phone or by video.

Frequently asked questions

What does it cost me?

Nothing. We receive a commission from the energy supplier for arranging the switch. We add nothing to the tariff price.

Do you compare all providers in Germany?

We compare the tariffs of our partner suppliers, including large providers and local utilities, and not the whole market. In every suggestion you see the difference to your current price.

Can the power go off during a switch?

No. The line and meter stay the same, only the bill comes from someone else. If anything goes wrong during the switch, your local default supplier supplies you automatically. That is set out in law.

I'm still tied to a contract. Is it still worth it?

Often yes. We note the switch so that it starts exactly when your contract ends. After a price increase, you can usually cancel straight away.
